Both firms are registered with Trustmark. The homeowner took a loan of £7000 to pay for extraction a year later to reduce the damage when there was no help from InstallersUK or City Energy Network Ltd. White Rock Property Care carried out the extraction and after inspection they were requested to return as there was insulation still remaining in the cavities.
